I worked in Human Resources for the majority of my career, starting as a desk assistant, and moving up until I became a Director, focusing on Compensation and Classification. This allowed me to gain experience in every aspect of HR. I also had the priviledge of working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a research and manufacturing center where I gained experience in manufacturing, research, content creation and management, event planning, and working with Board members. For a time, I also worked in Operations Management for a startup company specializing in SEO and helping to build web presence for other small businesses.
I get it. Finding someone who communicates well, has industry expertise and experience, and understands content marketing is a rare thing, indeed. Throw in excellent writing skills, web and design knowledge, and creativity, and you have yourself a Fern-of-all-trades
